TIC HOSTMANSHIP AWARD 2025

Do you want to motivate your staff and reward their work with something special that money can´t buy?

Created by the CityDNA Visitor Experience Knowledge Group, this prize aims to reward a member of your staff who has gone the extra mile and done something really extraordinary for a customer.

Submit your candidate now! The winner will:

- Have the possibility to work at Vilnius TIC for 2 days, on November 25-26, 2025

- Participate to the Visitor Experience Expert Meeting for free on November 27-28, 2025

- Travel to Vilnius for free - Flights and accommodation (4 nights) costs will be covered by CityDNA

- Give a short 10-15 minute presentation at the conference in Vilnius, to explain what led to the price and a little about their daily work

TIC Managers can nominate their chosen staff member until September 19, 2025. Nominations will be anonymised and the winner will be chosen by the Visitor Experience Knowledge Group. Each city can only nominate one person (from the staff and not a manager).

The winner will receive the award certificate during the Visitor Experience Expert Meeting in Vilnius.
