      SUMMARY

Join us for the 12th edition of City Destinations Alliance’s Visitor Experience Expert Meeting 2025!

      In Alliance we trust

Tourist Information Centres are rarely the main characters. We’re the fixers, the bridgers, the people who know who to call. And when things actually work? It’s usually because we didn’t do it alone.

Sometimes it’s the museum down the street. Sometimes it’s the bakery with world-changing cinnamon buns. Or a retired engineer who turned to be an awesome tour guide.

This year in Vilnius, we’re celebrating the power of collabs. The surprising ones. The strategic ones. The ones that accidentally went viral.

Not everything went to plan. Some things went far better. And some ideas… well, let’s just say they were educational…

Because running a TIC isn’t a solo act. It’s a team sport! A group chat with lots of emojis.

So come share your story. Or come steal someone else’s good idea, we don’t judge.

Our one-and-a-half-day event provides you with a unique opportunity:

      • to meet and network with colleagues working in Tourist Information Centres all across Europe,
      • to share knowledge and best practice with other destinations to stay ahead of the latest market’s trends
      • and to grow your business as well as strengthen your professional expertise.

Our Visitor Experience Expert Meeting offers a mix of incentive and exchange opportunities for all attendees. This is why the diversity of participants is of great importance to us.

This event is exclusively for managers and TIC front office professionals coming from small and large cities and working for either public or private tourist information organisations – whether they are CityDNA members or not.

The aim of the meeting is of course to get to know your European colleagues, to share knowledge with them but most of all, we want you to have fun and leave full of inspiration, with a bunch of new friends. We are looking forward to welcoming you for this 12th edition!
